Who we are
Cork Media LLC is a marketing company in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We build marketing campaigns and lead follow-up systems for med spas and aesthetic practices.

What we collect on this site
This site doesn't have forms. Booking a call goes through our Google booking calendar, which shares what you enter — your name, your email address, and anything you add to the booking — with us. Google's own privacy policy applies on the booking page itself.
If you email, call or text us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and remember what we talked about.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that deliver and store it for us, like our email and calendar providers.
Text messages and your consent
If you ever opt in to texts from us, our assistant — which is automated and AI-assisted, and says so — may text you at the number you gave about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.
When we collect texting consent, we keep a record of it — the time, the place, and the wording agreed to — for at least four years, so we can prove we only text people who asked us to.
What the assistant collects for our clients
For med spas that use our system, the assistant collects what a front desk would: a lead's name, phone number, the treatment they're interested in, their preferred timing, and the conversation itself.
The assistant does not ask about medical history, medications, or pregnancy, and it hands anything medical or unusual to a person at the spa.
That information belongs to the spa you contacted, not to Cork Media. If you want it corrected or deleted, contact the spa, or email us and we'll pass it on.
Where information is stored
Leads and conversations for client campaigns live in the client's CRM, in the client's name. Our own form submissions and consent records live in our email and business systems.
Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Ad platforms, cookies and tracking
This site uses standard analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics, and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel — to understand traffic and measure whether our own marketing works. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information like pages visited and approximate location.
We do not send treatment interests or any health details to ad platforms — not yours, and not our clients' leads'.
You can limit tracking with your browser's cookie settings, and with the ad preference controls that Google and Meta provide.
How long we keep it
Texting consent records: at least four years. Form submissions and correspondence: for as long as we're talking, working together, or reasonably need them afterward. When we no longer need something, we delete it.
Your choices
Email Info@corkmedia.net to see what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to stop texts. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes to how we handle your information will be called out, not buried.
