About these terms
These terms apply to anyone using corkmedia.net, which is run by Cork Media LLC in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. By using the site, you agree to them. They take effect on the date above and apply for as long as you use the site.
Using this site
Use the site normally: read it, book a call, email us. Don't scrape it, probe it for vulnerabilities, misrepresent who you are on our forms, or republish its content as your own.
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, and example conversations — belongs to Cork Media. Client names and quotes appear with permission.
Text message program
If you opt in to texts from us, Cork Media may send automated and AI-assisted text messages about your inquiry from our assistant, which identifies itself as an assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier's standard rates are between you and your carrier.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect anything else — we'll just email or call instead. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or usual user of the number you give us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our services
Marketing services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, which controls pricing, scope, and terms. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds us until both sides sign.
Marketing results depend on market, budget, offer, and how fast leads are followed up. Numbers on this site describe real past work, not a promise of what your results will be.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for either. Med spas remain responsible for their own advertising compliance; our medical-advisor review is a second set of eyes, not a legal sign-off.
Third-party links
The site links to platforms and tools we don't control, like Instagram, YouTube, and Google Calendar. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Cork Media LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site, and our total liability connected to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts covering Duval County, Florida.
