What we can show you, and how we count it.

We don't have named case studies to publish yet. Here's what we can show: our numbers with the definitions behind them, what clients have said, and a sample of the report every client gets each month. In March 2026, a one-location St. Augustine med spa booked 40 appointments in its first month with us, mostly neurotoxin and filler.

How we count

The numbers on our homepage, defined.

A number only means something if you know what went into it. Each one below says what it covers and how we counted it.

  • 1M+

    Leads generated

Across our team's client work since 2014, including work from before Cork Media was formed in 2023.

  • 50K+

    Appointments booked

Booked appointments across that same client work since 2014.

What clients have said

In their words.

  • I was skeptical going in. Three months later we're booked out about two weeks and I haven't touched our Instagram once.

    Danielle RMed spa owner.
  • Ian's team is easy to work with. They tell you straight what's working, and the monthly call takes twenty minutes tops.

Marcus TSix-month campaign, signed on for six more.
  • We ran our own Facebook ads for a year and couldn't tell you if they made us a dime. Now I get a report every month that shows which patients came from where. That part alone was worth it.

    Priya SNurse injector and owner.

Results vary by market, budget, offer and front-desk follow-up.

A sample monthly report

What you'd get every month, shown on demo data.

Every client gets a written report and a call each month. This one uses made-up numbers for a made-up spa so you can see the format: what we write, what we measure, and what we'll change next. Switch months to see each one against the forecast.

Month 1

Sample report, demo data

Summary

A good first month with one weak spot. Leads and booked consults both came in above the forecast, mostly from the lip filler campaign on Meta. Leads for other treatments, mostly facials and peels from the general search campaign, almost never booked. Six leads the assistant flagged for a person waited more than a day for a call back.

First month, so it's measured against the forecast instead.

Next steps

  • Move $150 a month from general search, which brought most of the leads that didn't book, to the laser hair removal campaign.
  • Agree with your front desk on a same-day call back for every lead the assistant flags.
  • Test a second lip filler video against the current one.

Every figure in a real report can be checked in your own Meta, Google and booking accounts, because they're in your name.

Forecast, then actuals

We write down what we expect before launch.

Before launch, every client gets a written forecast: how many leads, how many booked consults, and what each should cost. Every monthly report puts the real numbers next to it, so you can see where we were right and where we weren't.

Case studies

The format a case study will follow.

Named case studies go here as clients agree to publish their numbers. Each one follows the six parts of the campaign, with dated numbers and the owner's own words.
